1I need to cancel my tour , what happens?
If by chance you need to cancel your tour we try to assist as best we can. If you advise us 7 days
prior to the tour date we can either reschedule the booking or refund the fee. If a cancellation is
made 72 hours prior a 50% refund is given . If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice you will
not be refunded.

No problem, A cooler box is ready to put the wine into. Along with any other goodies that require
chilling.Also the vehicle has a large boot with a industrial rubber mat ensuring the safety of your

Absolutely, the vehicle has a meridian sound system .The driver can connect your phone to the sound system via bluetooth.
4Does the tour offer any other stops that are not nessesarily wine based?
Of course, The glorious south west has a wide range of olive oils, cheese, chocolate, breads ,
icecream, smallgoods, cakes, jams, vinegar, dips, biscuits and plenty of local art galleries. Please
request a stop or two of your liking when booking.
5What happens if the weather is terrible?
The weather should not affect the tour at all. Your driver will ensure you are dropped at the door or
as close as possible to the entrance. The driver will have umbrellas on hand if you would like to
